- What counts as "resolved by AI"?
- A conversation that ended without a handoff. Conversations that were handed to a human count as handoffs even if the visitor never replied.
- Can I get the numbers via API?
- Yes, GET /api/v1/analytics on Growth and Scale, and through the MCP server.
