Sources under every answer
Visitors see which page the answer came from, so they can read more and you can see what the assistant relied on.
Says "I do not know"
No invented prices, dates or policies. Low-confidence questions become a handoff with the visitor's email, and show up in Analytics as "could not answer" so you can add the missing knowledge.
Follow-up questions work
"And in blue?" is rewritten into a full query using the conversation, so the second question retrieves as well as the first.
Any language
Visitors ask in their language and get answers in it, even if your content is in English.

- Crawled website pages, individual URLs, pasted text, Q&A pairs, and uploaded PDF, DOCX, TXT, Markdown and CSV files on paid plans.
- How do I correct a wrong answer?
- Add a Q&A pair with the exact question and the answer you want. Q&A sources are the most precise way to pin an answer.
- Does it answer questions unrelated to my business?
- It is instructed to stay on your content. Off-topic questions get a short "that is not something I can help with here" and, if the visitor insists, a handoff.
