Last updated: 28 October 2026. These are the companies that process customer or visitor data on our behalf. Changes are announced here and by email to account owners at least 14 days in advance (see the DPA, section 6).

No other third party receives customer content or visitor conversations. Analytics on supportlime.com itself is cookie-free and aggregated.
