Pricing questions
- What is an AI reply?
- One answer generated by the assistant in a conversation. Human replies from your inbox are free and unlimited. There are no credit multipliers: one reply is one reply, whichever model we run.
- What happens at the limit?
- The assistant pauses and visitors can still leave a message that reaches your inbox. On paid plans you can turn on overage ($8 per 1,000 extra replies, $6 on Scale) so it keeps answering.
- Do you charge per seat?
- No. Invite your whole team on any paid plan.
- Is the trial free?
- Paid plans start with a short paid trial ($7 for 7 days) so you can test on real traffic. After the trial the plan renews at its normal price until you cancel in the billing portal. The Free plan needs no card.
- Can I change plans or cancel?
- Any time, from the billing page. Upgrades are prorated by Stripe; cancellations take effect at the end of the period.
- Do annual plans cost less?
- Yes, annual billing is roughly two months cheaper: Starter $24, Growth $66, Scale $166 per month.
- What counts as a website?
- One domain with its own widget and knowledge. Subdomains of the same domain count as one.
- Do you offer discounts for agencies?
- Scale includes client sub-workspaces and white-label. Agencies with more than 15 sites: email hello@supportlime.com.
